VantaBid is an all-in-one estimating platform built to eliminate the hours of manual counting and measuring that slow down construction estimating. Using industry-specific intelligence, the system understands drawings, standards, specifications and construction methodologies to automatically generate detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quantity takeoffs. Estimators receive accurate, procurement-ready outputs in under 90 seconds, reducing errors and freeing them to focus on building stronger quotes, refining methodology and winning more opportunities. The solution pairs a fully static, SEO-optimized marketing website for lead generation with a robust product dashboard where teams upload drawings, manage projects and export results. Powered by a Next.js front end, an Express/Node.js back end and AWS infrastructure, with Stripe for subscription billing and Brevo for transactional email and marketing automation, VantaBid delivers smarter takeoffs, accurate estimates and greater profit at scale.
